Q : Do all the Sarees featured on your website come with an attached blouse piece/ blouse material ?
Ans : Most of the Sarees featured on our website have attached un-stitched blouse pieces. Only some Sarees categories do not have an accompanying blouse piece. This will be indicated when you click to see the product details.
Q : How do I track the product once it has been shipped from India ?
Ans : Yes, you would receive an email with the Airway Bill number of the courier once it is shipped. You would be able to track it with the respective courier.
Q : Do you accept payment via Debit card ?
Ans : Yes, we accept all major Debit cards.
Q : How do I know that my transaction has been successful ?
Ans : You would receive an order confirmation via email with the corresponding order number for your future reference.

Ans : You can make your payment through Bank Transfer method. Please choose your preferred payment method while making your purchases. If you choose the Bank Transfer method then we will send you an email stating the Bank Payment details.
Q : How do I return a product, if I don’t like it ?
Ans : If case of dissatisfaction, you may exchange it within one week from the date receipt of the merchandise. Sarees/Garments returned should be in original condition, should have original tags/labels and folds intact. Merchandise that have been altered, laundered or worn will not be taken back. Copy of the invoice should also be sent along with goods returned. Shipping charges for all returns will be borne by the customer.
Q : Are all your silk Sarees/ silk products Silk Mark authenticated ?
Ans : Yes, all our pure silk Sarees come with the Silk Mark authentication tag.
Q : Will product that I get in hand, be similar to the product as seen on your website ?
Ans : While great effort has been made to accurately reproduce Sarees in their original grandeur, there might be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the color variations between the actual product and that is displayed on the screen due to digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. We request you to place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the Sarees received.
Q : How long will my order take ?
Ans : All the products are dispatched within 2 days of booking the order. You can track your order’s status from the courier site & the tracking ID we provided through email.
Q : If I have someone in India can he/she make the payment in India on my behalf and can you deliver it to me directly ?
Ans : Yes, we can do that, but please drop us an email from our Contact Us page beforehand with your request.

Ans : NO, Nagpure paithani is the only manufacturing unit in yeola. All the saree made in that unit will be available in Mumbai.
